Entertainment specialists

As you would expect, Nick Leese, Organic's Managing Director, has a wealth of entertainment industry experience. He has worked in video, film, music and games’ marketing from both client and agency side and it is this that gives him his invaluable insight into what client’s really want from him and his team.

He understands the issues and challenges and what to do to overcome them most effectively. He knows who to contact to gain maximum effect with minimum hassle and most importantly he understands what budgetary constraints there might be and how to overcome them using commercial creativity.

He has worked for Total Home Entertainment, Cineworld /UGC, Disney, Fox, Electronic Arts, Warner Music and independent production companies. He has selected his team at Organic to reinforce and complement his own areas of expertise.

They all have backgrounds in entertainment marketing of one type or another - from music to DVDs, books, games and festivals, cinemas and film. They understand, among other things, distribution, PR, promotions, product management, online marketing, cinema marketing, media and festival management

Marketing

Junior Foster, Organics’ Head of Marketing (On and Offline), has worked for Sony BMG and Universal and fully understands the pressures of release driven marketing and can apply his expertise across music, film and video. Junior runs the on and offline marketing function, which also includes the management of creative work for Organic’s clients via our sister agency Otm-e.

The marketing team is completed by product and account manager extraordinaire Phil Hoile. Phil having worked for Tartan knows everything you need to know about marketing niche film product. In fact Phil pretty much knows everything you need to know about everything and doubles up as a walking IMDB. That’s what you get for having an MA in Film and Cultural Management.

Online

Our Online Team consists of seniors Tim Struthers and Holly Rosenblatt who, along with Andy Green and Will Jones offer PR, Promotions & Social Networking to a range of clients. Tim is the longest standing member of Organic’s Online department and has over the last three years worked on campaigns such as Anti Christ, Bridesmaids, Senna and Little White Lies. Holly has only recently joined Organic and has previous worked on digital marketing campaigns for Sucker Punch and Due Date

The Target Media Communications Group also has a dedicated digital media buying team, digital design including web build and creative for media, which offers a total online solution for all film clients

PR

A full PR team across theatrical and Home Entertainment is lead by Emma McCorkell, Publicity Director with 13 years experience, spanning Rogers & Cowan, Premier PR, DDA PR, Warner Bros. International, and international film festivals (Cannes, Berlin, Venice, London, Edinburgh). Emma is joined by Caragh Cook, who comes with 10 years of experience from Rogers & Cowan and DDA PR. Ryan Holloway, Becky Palmer, Jenny Innes, and Katie Paxton complete the PR Team
